Terms of Use BTISPL

BSE Tech Infra Services Pvt Ltd  herein referred as BTISPL shall provide  BOLTPlus On Web (BOW )- software Exe, Browser, and Mobile Front ends  to the registred Trading Members and their users for Trading in the Exchanges of  BSE, NSE , MCX and NCDEX.

For availing Trading services of the software, registration by the User is required with the registered Trading Member. By accessing the software, user agrees to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location time to time

The User can access BoltPlus on Web (BOW) herein referred as software subject to the terms and conditions of use. The Terms of use can be accessed from in the website https://bow1mobile.bseindia.com . Terms of use shall be modified / deleted / updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of BTISPL. Terms of use  is for an indefinite term and  the user understands and agrees  and are bound by such terms:

1.      The user understands that BTISPL is an Application Service Provider (ASP) of software services only and does not provide legal, financial or other professional advice.  BTISPL is not responsible for any Damages resulting from any decisions of Client, or anybody accessing the software including decisions relating to the sale and purchase of Various asset classes or legal, compliance and/or risk management decisions. User agrees that it uses the software services at its own risk in these respects.

2.      BTISPL may change or discontinue any aspect of the software which may include regulatory changes, features, functionalities at any time with out prior notice . BTISPL reserves the right to change the Terms of Use applicable to usage of the software. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice, which shall be placed on the Site.

3.      BTISPL does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to any service, information, data, system, functionality, statements or products made available on the software. The software , its content, materials, information, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

4.      The software may use cookies and external links. By using the software and agreeing to these terms of use, implies users consent to  use of the cookies in accordance with the terms

5.      Restrictions:

a.      User will not copy or modify any part of the software / services

b.      User will not provide the Services of the ASP on a white-labelled basis, or otherwise, for the benefit of any third party (other than third parties to the extent they are expressly permitted under the Agreement to receive access to the Services

c.       User will not use any Materials, or communications facilities or networks provided by or on behalf of BTISPL , other than to receive and properly use of the software Services as in Annexure I of the agreement

d.      User will not merge, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer the Software or change the file name of the software except for the permitted usage .

e.      User will not send, submit, post, or otherwise transmit, material or messages that  may contain software virus /files that are designed potentially to interrupt, destroy, and negatively affect the performance of the software, database  and the related connected  hardware and the infrastructure.

6.      BTISPL may monitor User's access to the software. If the user Name and Password are being used / misused in any manner as clarified above, BTISPL reserves the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block all access of the user and the IP address. As clarified above  BTISPL may terminate User's access to the software or any part thereof at any time and for any reason without any notice.

7.      BTISPL does not warrant that the software services will operate error-free. BTISPL makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content, services, software, text, graphics, and links.

8.      BTISPL shall strive to provide data integrity in terms of system security, data storage and retrieval.  BTISPL reserves the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience with the intended purposes, in which case users consent is implied. Any information provided by the User will not be shared with any third party as BTISPL maintains data privacy which is of principal importance.
